Maxxis Tyres MXT96651100 Editorial Review
Maxxis tyres offer a robust construction ideal for mountain biking, featuring a knobby tread type which provides decent grip for road use. However, customers have pointed out that they tend to lack puncture protection, with some users experiencing multiple punctures within a short riding distance. The tyres fit snugly on rims and are described as having less rolling resistance compared to off-road tyres, making them a viable option for commuters. While some riders reported positive experiences using them indoors or for commuting, others warned against purchasing if puncture issues concern you.
