Cisco Editorial Review
This Cisco Press book is a useful guide for individuals looking to prepare for the CCDE written exam. Reviewers mentioned that the book is well-written, has good depictions and is clear and concise. However, some reviewers mentioned the need for more detail in the book and found it to be a bit light. They also pointed out several typos, grammatical errors and diagram inaccuracies in the book which made it difficult to read. Some reviewers found this book to be more of a high-level design guide rather than a preparation guide for the exam. The book provides clear guidance on design options for all technologies that one may use to produce enterprise, WAN or security designs. Despite these shortcomings, reviewers recommend this book for individuals who are preparing for the CCDE written exam or looking to expand their knowledge as a network designer.
