Moby Dick Knockers Editorial Review
The Solid Brass Fouled Anchor Doorknocker has garnered positive feedback from customers who appreciate its aesthetic appeal and functional design. With a robust, shiny brass finish, it is especially favored among those with a nautical theme or personal connections to the navy, making it a meaningful addition to any door. Users find the doorknocker beautifully crafted, with a good weight and an impressive presence that enhances the overall look of their entrance. Installation seems straightforward, although some customers noted that it requires partial disassembly to mount properly. While the screws included with the product are generally deemed adequate, several reviewers opted to replace them with higher-quality alternatives for a more secure fit. One minor annoyance mentioned is that the bolt connecting the hinge can loosen with frequent use; however, a simple fix using Locktite can resolve this issue effectively. Overall, customers express satisfaction with the doorknocker, highlighting both its decorative value and its functional reliability. It stands out as a perfect choice for those wanting to add a personal touch to their home or to honor a veteran's affiliation with the Navy. **
