SLC Leathercraft Rivets Editorial Review
The Black Small Double Cap Rivets pack includes 100 rivets made of nickel with black coating. The top round part of the rivet is the same size as Tandy Leather small rivets, measuring at 1/4". It holds material securely around 2mm thick, grip range is about two pieces of 7oz leather together. The post length is 9/32". The pack does not include the rivet setter, and the rivets come in a small bag. The product has received mostly positive feedback, with customers praising the color, quantity, and functionality. Some have found it challenging to set the rivets, but practicing with other rivets helps. Others have noted that the matte and gloss sheen of the medium and small size rivets are different, which can be an issue when using them for the same project.
