Respuesta: The set comes with some very nice cases that they are shipped in. I purchased a bamboo block so that I could display them as I think they are too nice to keep in the box and hide in a drawer. -

Can you please specify which machine will be good to sharpen these knives?
Respuesta: Any knives of this quality should be sharpened by hand, normally a professional. The steel on these knives do not require normal sharpening as they are ultra hard so I have never had to sharpen any of my Japanese knives. -

Respuesta: Unsure, it has been awhile since I received them. -

Respuesta: I do not use the dishwasher for these knives. They have handles made from a black canvas micarta material which looks like wood but is not. With that being said, they may be dishwasher safe, but they are handcrafted and care for them as such so I only wash and dry them by hand.
