The Chrome Plated Bathcock Coupling Elbows are a well-made product that adapts the faucet to 1/2" male ips, making them a must-have for any installation, especially for clawfoot tubs. These coupling elbows come with cone gaskets, and the metal-to-metal tapered compression ensures a tight fit, eliminating concerns about leaks. The product comes in pairs, costs $7.97 and fits 3/4 mip. The product is compatible with most supply lines with 1/2" male threads. An additional nut (1/2" FIP x 3/8"OD) connects the supply line to faucets with a 3/8" OD. Some buyers complained that the coupling elbow did not work on a new claw foot tub faucet or that they received one that was split. However, most customers found this product to be very useful and necessary for their installation.
