Orfit Classic material is known for its easy application, allowing it to stick effortlessly to itself and outrigger attachments.
During fabrication, the material bonds temporarily and then permanently when exposed to dry heat. As it turns transparent, it provides excellent visibility, enabling precise molding during the fabrication process. This versatile material can be used to create orthoses of any size, from small to large.
It is available in both high stretch (Soft) and low stretch (Stiff) versions to suit your specific requirements. The soft version offers accurate molding around anatomical contours, while the stiff version provides increased support and strength for larger orthoses. To further customize your orthoses, Orfit Classic material comes in four perforation variations: non-perforated, mini-perforated, maxi-perforated, micro-perforated, and micro plus-perforated.
