Preguntas y respuestas de los clientes
-
Pregunta:
What is Gres&Stone Wax used for?
Respuesta: Gres&Stone Wax is specifically designed to protect and enhance the appearance of ceramic, porcelain, and stone surfaces. This wax creates a durable barrier that repels stains and dirt, leaving surfaces looking polished and vibrant. It's a perfect choice for maintaining floors, countertops, and outdoor stone installations, as it helps to extend the life and durability of these areas. -
Pregunta:
How do you apply Gres&Stone Wax?
Respuesta: To apply Gres&Stone Wax, start by ensuring the surface is clean and dry. Use a soft cloth or a wax applicator to spread an even layer of wax on the surface, working in circular motions. Allow it to dry until a haze forms, then buff with a clean cloth to achieve a glossy finish. This straightforward application method makes it suitable for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals, ensuring beautiful results. -
Pregunta:
Can Gres&Stone Wax be used on outdoor surfaces?
Respuesta: Yes, Gres&Stone Wax is suitable for outdoor surfaces as well. Its protective properties help shield stone and tile from the elements, such as UV rays and moisture. This makes it ideal for patios, walkways, and outdoor kitchens, allowing homeowners to maintain their outdoor aesthetics while effectively guarding against the wear and tear of nature. -
Pregunta:
Is Gres&Stone Wax safe for pets and children?
Respuesta: Gres&Stone Wax is formulated to be safe once fully dried and cured. It is essential to keep pets and children away from treated surfaces during the application process. After the wax has properly set, you can enjoy a beautiful, safe environment for your loved ones. This makes it a favored choice for homes where pets roam freely and children play. -
Pregunta:
How often should you reapply Gres&Stone Wax?
Respuesta: The frequency of reapplication depends on the level of foot traffic and exposure to the elements. Generally, it is recommended to reapply Gres&Stone Wax every 6 to 12 months for optimal performance. High-traffic areas may require more frequent applications. This ensures that the protective layer remains effective, continuing to enhance and protect your surfaces. -
Pregunta:
Does Gres&Stone Wax require special cleaning products?
Respuesta: No, Gres&Stone Wax does not require special cleaning products. You can maintain waxed surfaces with a mild detergent and warm water. Harsh chemicals can diminish the wax layer, so it's best to avoid them. Using appropriate cleaning methods helps to preserve the integrity of the wax, ensuring surfaces remain stunning and well-protected. -
Pregunta:
Is Gres&Stone Wax suitable for all types of stone surfaces?
Respuesta: Gres&Stone Wax is versatile and can be safely used on various stone surfaces, including marble, granite, slate, and more. However, it’s important to conduct a spot test on a small, inconspicuous area first. This precaution ensures compatibility and provides peace of mind, especially for more sensitive surfaces that may react differently to waxing. -
Pregunta:
What finish does Gres&Stone Wax provide?
Respuesta: Gres&Stone Wax provides a rich, glossy finish that enhances the natural beauty of your stone and tile surfaces. This elegant sheen not only beautifies but also offers an additional layer of protection against scratches and stains. Whether for a residential kitchen countertop or a commercial stone floor, the attractive finish adds value and visual appeal. -
Pregunta:
Can Gres&Stone Wax be used on painted surfaces?
Respuesta: Gres&Stone Wax is primarily intended for unpainted stone and tile surfaces. It is not recommended for painted finishes, as it may not adhere properly and could compromise the paint's integrity. If you are looking to protect a painted surface, consider using a product specifically designed for that purpose to ensure optimal results. -
Pregunta:
Where can I buy Gres&Stone Wax?
Respuesta: You can purchase Gres&Stone Wax from Ubuy, which offers a convenient and reliable platform for finding this product in Argentina. Ubuy provides easy access to various high-quality products, ensuring that you can get the best options available in your region.
