The 5" long pole of this mount can be unscrewed from the circular attachment which makes it easy to take the projector down when it is not in use. The bracket and the pole are cream/gray in color and it is very short as it counts just 3". If you have a slanted ceiling, this mount will still work as the swivel allows you to adjust the camera to your desired angle. The diameter of the screw is 1/4"x 20 threaded socket which can fit most bipod and ceiling attachment mounts. If you have the right tool, the pole can be cut to make it shorter, however, the pole does not extend.
