TROY T 24005 Editorial Review
The Troy T 24005 Cable Stripping/Shoe Pliers have garnered a mix of enthusiasm and practical suggestions from users, indicating a generally positive reception. Customers appreciate the tool's efficacy in stripping insulation from different gauge wires, with many noting its performance with challenging materials like Teflon. The pliers are recognized for doing their job well, with some users expressing satisfaction in their functionality for both casual home use and light professional tasks. However, there are mixed feelings regarding the product's build quality. Some users expected a higher standard from the Troy brand, citing issues with the sharpness of the blades when working with very fine multi-stranded wires. While some managed to improve the tool's performance by modifying the cutting edges, the initial experience highlighted flaws that could deter others. Overall, the product serves well for domestic and lighter commercial usage, but potential buyers should be prepared to make adjustments to fully realize its benefits depending on their specific wire stripping needs. ###
