KINGBOLEN Ediag(KBLJ02) Editorial Review
The KINGBOLEN EDIAG OBD2 Scanner is a versatile and affordable Bluetooth adapter that offers a wide range of diagnostic functions for both iOS and Android devices. It is compatible with various car models, including Vauxhall Corsa, Honda Civic, Audi A3, VW Crafter, and Vauxhall Antara (depending on the year). This scanner is praised by many users for its capabilities. It can perform full car system diagnostics, read data flow, and access OBD2 modes. It can also reset various functions such as the inspection light. The device is easy to use, thanks to its user-friendly interface and compatibility with popular mobile devices. One customer mentioned that the scanner successfully cleared a fault code after having new injectors installed. Another customer highlighted that the scanner is more capable than typical ELM327 or cheap scanners, making it a great recommendation for both DIY enthusiasts and small garages. The portability of the Bluetooth connection is also appreciated, allowing users to move around while diagnosing a car. However, there are a few negative reviews as well. One customer reported that the scanner did not fit correctly in their UK cars, suggesting a problem with the OBD2 connection. Another mentioned that the scanner was unable to detect VIN numbers on common cars and could not read the PIN from the cluster, despite the claims. Overall, the KINGBOLEN EDIAG OBD2 Scanner receives positive reviews for its affordability, wide range of functions, and ease of use. It is recommended for DIY enthusiasts and small garages looking for a capable diagnostic tool.
