- Eikun Koto Senen Junmai Daiginjo Sake is a Gold Medal winning sake from the ‘Koto Sennen’ Series (Ancient Capital Millennium Series), named after Kyoto. It is brewed by carefully polishing up to 45% of “Iwai”, a rice suitable for sake brewing grown locally in Kyoto. It offers a deep, mellow, and sophisticated flavor, complemented by a fruity and rich ginjo aroma. Best served chilled.
- This premium sake won gold medals for five consecutive years, from 2005 to 2009, at the U.S. National Sake Appraisal.
